Am I required to store long-term?
Store short or long-term. We lease on a month-to-month basis.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, flammable or hazardous materials, illegal goods, combustible materials, living organisms, and loaded firearms.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Do you ever offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount if you prepay for 6 months & 10% discount if you prepay for 12 months. If you decide to move out prior to the end of your prepay term, we will refund the difference.
